It's remarkable in it's effectiveness and simplicity. I started listening during a stressful period at work. Listening daily helped me be more calm and friendly with my co-workers. Over the course of a week I noticed myself feeling happier in my own skin and growing more optimistic about the future. Some things I learned form Michelle since applying it: - You can overdo listening to the 3 dominant compensation tones - You should only listen 3 times a day - You can listen all you want to the 1 under represented compensation tone - It's recommended to not listen past 7 days Hope this helps. I did this a couple of days ago, not really knowing what to expect. Yesterday I had a bad headache that would normally knock me sick. I had already taken paracetamol hours earlier which reduced it for a couple of hours then the pain increased again. I listened to the 4 files I had back from my voice scan and noticed that my headache was completely gone after I had finished. I certainly didn’t expect this effect but am amazed at this. I’ve since listened to the voice files further times yesterday and a couple of times today - I’ve been more motivated today and got lots of things done that I don’t normally. I will continue to listen to the voice scan files this week and see how I feel. Needless to say that I am very impressed at this point.
