To run your pet’s scan, we’ll need:
Pet’s name
Species (dog, cat, horse, or other – please specify)
Gender (male/female)
Birth month & year (or adoption date if unknown)
Pet ID (microchip, Solex collar ID, or a unique code like DOB + first initial)
A recent clear photo of your pet
If you don’t already have an account with us, we’ll also need your details (name, date of birth, height, weight, and a recent photo) so we can create one for you.
