If you’d like back-to-back slots, mention it in your notes or email [email protected]

after scheduling.

7. Can we be seen at the same time?

Michelle treats one person at a time to ensure full focus and care. However, she’s happy to arrange consecutive family appointments for convenience — and you’re welcome to be in the room together if you wish.

8. What happens in a consultation?

Your session begins with a brief discussion about your health and current symptoms. You’ll have already provided your medical history via email before your appointment.

Michelle will then use hands-on osteopathic and cranial techniques to assess, release tension, and encourage balance and healing.

Many patients also choose to complement their in-person treatments with frequency scans, which can be carried out remotely from anywhere in the world.

9. Do you offer virtual consultations?

Yes. Virtual consultations are perfect for those who would like support, advice, or accountability from home.

10. What should I wear?

Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. You may be asked to remove outer layers for assessment, but you’ll always remain appropriately covered.

Yes. Michelle specialises in paediatric cranial osteopathy, offering gentle and calming treatment for babies, children, and teenagers.

12. Do you offer support during pregnancy?

13. What is Cranial Osteopathy?

Cranial Osteopathy is a subtle, restorative approach that helps release stored tension and restore balance throughout the body’s systems.

Many patients feel lighter, calmer, and more balanced after their first session, though deeper healing often continues to unfold over several treatments.

You can read more about what to expect here:

👉 What to Expect

15. How many sessions will I need?

Every person’s journey is unique.

Acute issues may ease within 1–3 sessions, while long-standing patterns often benefit from a series of treatments. Michelle will discuss a plan tailored to you after your first visit.

16. What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance so the appointment can be offered to someone else.

Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable, and the full fee will still apply.

17. How do I contact Michelle?

For general questions, email [email protected]

or message via WhatsApp: +44 7966 493994.

If booking on behalf of someone else, please also email their name, date, and appointment time to [email protected]

18. How do I choose between an in-person consultation and a frequency scan?

Choose in-person consultations for hands-on osteopathy, cranial balancing, and physical realignment.

Choose frequency scans (such as Inner Voice or EZ Scan) for emotional regulation, energetic rebalancing, and nervous system support from home.

Many clients choose to combine both for full mind–body alignment.

19. What should I do after booking?

Check your email inbox (and spam/junk folders) for your confirmation and appointment details.

If you can’t find them, search your inbox for “PowerDiary” or add [email protected]

to your contacts.

Please note: the exact location and time of your appointment may be sent closer to the date of your booking.

20. Do I have to stop taking my medication to have treatment?

No — you can continue taking your medication. Michelle’s treatments work safely alongside conventional medical care.

22. Any other booking tips?

Try to book the earliest available time slot — it helps the diary run smoothly and ensures no healing opportunity is missed.

Thank you for your care, understanding, and support.

23. Are some emails automated?

Yes — some confirmation and reminder emails are sent automatically to help keep your bookings organised and ensure you have all the information you need before your appointment.

Inner Voice & EZ Scan – Common Questions & Answers

1. What is Inner Voice analysis, and how does it work?

Inner Voice is a biofeedback technology that analyses your voice frequencies to detect emotional imbalances. It then generates custom sound therapy tones designed to restore balance to your energetic and emotional state.

2. What is an EZ Scan?

The EZ Scan is a comprehensive frequency analysis of your body’s energetic health, covering:

✅ Inner Voice (emotional & vibrational balance)

✅ Vitals (key body functions like hormones, digestion, and immune health)

✅ Comprehensive (energetic scan of organs & systems)

✅ Chakras & Meridians (energy flow & blockages)

3. What does the Inner Voice report show?

Your Inner Voice report reveals:

• Dominant suppressed emotions affecting your well-being

• The specific sound frequencies your body needs for balance

• Four personalised sound therapy tracks to harmonise your emotions

4. The music sounds the same every time – is it really different?

Yes! While the melody stays consistent, the actual frequencies, harmonics, and pulse embedded within the music change based on your scan results. These subtle adjustments target the emotions detected in your voice, helping you rebalance on a deep level. The notes and frequency shifts are what create the healing effect, even if the tune feels familiar.

5. How do the sound therapy tones work?

Each track is custom-generated using frequencies tailored to your emotional needs. Listening daily can help shift emotional patterns, clear energetic blocks, and support emotional resilience.

6. Is Inner Voice like binaural beats or meditation music?

No, it’s much more personalised. Binaural beats use general frequencies, while Inner Voice tones are calibrated to your unique emotional state at the time of the scan.

7. How often should I do an Inner Voice scan?

Many people do it weekly to track emotional shifts, while others scan daily for deeper real-time insights.

8. Can Inner Voice replace therapy or medical treatment?

No, Inner Voice is not a medical tool. It’s an energetic support system designed to work alongside traditional therapies to promote balance and well-being.

9. Does the scan work if I’m sick, stressed, or emotional?

Yes! Your voice reflects real-time information about your emotional and energetic state, so your sound therapy tones will be tailored to what you need in that moment.

10. Do I need special headphones or speakers to listen?

No, you can listen on any device—phone, tablet, or computer. However, good-quality speakers or headphones will help you experience the deeper resonance more effectively.

11. Can children use Inner Voice?

Yes! It’s safe for all ages, and many parents use it to help regulate emotions in children.

12. Can I book additional scans or upgrade to a package?

Absolutely! If you’d like regular scans or a more in-depth frequency healing package, you can contact Michelle for tailored options, including:

• Ongoing Inner Voice scans to track progress

• EZ Scan packages for full-body energetic insights

• Virtual consultations for personalised healing guidance

📩 To book or discuss further options, reach out to Michelle directly.

13. How long should I listen to the same Inner Voice frequency recording before doing a new scan?

You should listen to the same Inner Voice recording for a maximum of 7 days. After that, it’s important to do a new scan. Your emotional frequencies naturally shift as you grow and heal, so continuing to listen to an old recording beyond a week may keep you anchored in a past emotional state rather than supporting your current one. For best results, re-scan every few days or weekly to stay aligned with your evolving emotional needs.

14. How can I listen to the frequency tracks on my phone without the screen locking or interrupting playback?

To avoid interruptions, you can adjust your phone’s screen timeout settings so it stays on during playback. Alternatively, download the frequency files and play them through your preferred music app, which may continue playing even if the screen locks. You can also use the Classic Tones option, which is compatible with most devices and allows for smoother playback. For the best experience, use headphones and switch your phone to ‘Do Not Disturb’ mode to stay relaxed and uninterrupted.

15. What’s the difference between listening online and receiving individual audio tracks via email?

There’s no difference in the actual content—both options include exactly the same audio experience.

Listening online through the streaming link is simple and instant—just click and play when it suits you.

The individual audio tracks sent via email give you more freedom—you can download them, keep them organised, and revisit specific ones whenever you like.

It really comes down to preference. Go with whatever feels easiest or most enjoyable for you.

16. Why have my Inner Voice or MindSync audio files disappeared from my inbox or device?

If your audio files seem to have vanished, you’re not alone. This is a known issue with a few possible causes:

    1.    iPhone Storage Settings – Apple devices may offload files or emails to manage storage. If iCloud is enabled, files can disappear from view when the app refreshes or clears cached content.

    2.    Spam or Filtered Email – Check your spam, promotions, or archived folders. Search your inbox using terms like “Solex”, “Inner Voice”, or “MindSync”.

    3.    Downloads or Voice Memos Folder – Files may be stored in the default “Downloads” folder or Voice Memos app on iPhones.

    4.    File Type Compatibility – Some devices don’t display .m4a or .wav files unless a compatible app is installed.

Tip: Always save your files immediately after downloading or forward them to cloud storage for backup. If you need a file resent, email us with the client name and approximate date and we’ll help.

17. I’ve always archived my MindSync and Inner Voice audio files, but now they’ve disappeared. What happened?

Archiving usually works well, but occasionally files may go missing due to device settings or email sync issues. Here are the most common reasons:

    1.    Email App Sync Limits – Some apps (like Apple Mail or Gmail) only sync recent emails or archive folders selectively, meaning older files might not appear unless fully re-synced or accessed via the web version.

    2.    iCloud or Storage Optimisation – Apple devices can offload older files from archived emails to save space. If iCloud settings are active, your device may have temporarily removed access to the file.

    3.    File Compatibility – If the file is in .m4a or .wav format, it may not show up without the right app installed.

What to do:

    •    Use your email’s search bar and type “Solex,” “MindSync,” or “Inner Voice.”

    •    Try checking your archive via the web browser version of your email (not the app).

    •    Forward the file to yourself or save it to cloud storage immediately after download to prevent future loss.

18. Why do my Balancing Harmonics in the report sound the same as the audio files I received by email?

Great observation! The tones are exactly the same.

The Balancing Harmonics included in your report can be played directly online, while the separate email gives you the same tones as downloadable MP3 files. This way, you can either:

Stream them directly from your report, or

Save the MP3s to your phone or computer and listen offline whenever you like.

Both options work the same — it’s simply about what’s most convenient for you.

19. What’s the difference between Inner Voice one-off scans, subscriptions, and bundles?

One-off Scan (£50) → Best for occasional support or if you’re trying Inner Voice for the first time.

Weekly Subscription (£30/week) → One new scan each week at the best value per scan. Perfect for consistent progress and ongoing nervous system support. Cancel anytime.

Bundles (3 for £120 | 5 for £180) → Pre-purchase multiple scans at a discount without subscribing.

Note: While bundles offer savings, the subscription gives you the lowest per-scan cost overall.

20. How do I listen to my Inner Voice tones?

You’ll receive your tones in two formats:

Balancing Harmonics Player (inside your report): a single 12-minute track combining all tones.

Individual tone files (via email): 4 shorter tracks you can download and listen to offline.

Choose whichever format is easiest for you.

Listen 3 times daily for 7 days.

After that, your tones expire as your emotional state evolves — it’s best to refresh with a new scan.

21. Do I need to wear the Lightwave Optical glasses when listening to my Inner Voice tones?

No, you don’t need to wear the glasses themselves. Simply surrounding yourself with those recommended colours—through your clothing, lighting, or environment—can help reinforce the balancing process while you listen to your tones. The goal is to gently expose your energy field to the colour frequencies your body is asking for.

22. Why are the notes listed in my Inner Voice report different from the tallest bars on the chart?

That’s a great question! The Inner Voice system doesn’t select notes based on the highest visual bars. Instead, it analyses your entire vocal frequency spectrum to detect the deepest harmonic imbalances in your voice pattern.

This is why your report might list notes like C#, F#, and G even though A# or B appear taller on the graph — the system measures resonance and disharmony, not just peak amplitude. It’s a more advanced, multidimensional analysis of your emotional frequency.

INNER VOICE AUDIO PLAYER – Q&A GUIDE

Optimise your listening experience for emotional balance and clarity

1. What are the coloured boxes (C#, A#, D, G#)?

These represent your 4 balancing frequency notes, selected uniquely for you based on your Inner Voice scan. Each note helps shift specific emotional patterns back into harmony.

2. What is the “Auto-Mix” button?

Auto-Mix blends your 4 frequency notes into one harmonious sound experience. It’s perfect for a full-spectrum emotional reset.

3. What does the “Pulse Cycle” button do?

Once Auto-Mix is active, “Pulse Cycle” begins the playback. It’s the main button to press after choosing your listening duration.

4. What do the “5 Minute / 10 Minute / Continuous” buttons do?

These set how long the audio will play. I recommend:

    •    5 mins as a quick daily boost

    •    10 mins for deeper integration

    •    Continuous if you want to play it in the background while relaxing, journaling or meditating

Only use these buttons—you don’t need to change any other settings.

5. What is the dropdown with “Tesla: 3-6-9”?

This selects the frequency style. Please do not change this—Tesla 3-6-9 is already set for maximum effect.

6. What is the “Triangle” option next to it?

This is the waveform type. Again, this has been chosen to match your scan—no need to adjust it.

7. What does “AO Classic: F” mean?

This is the musical base tone used in your session. It’s been calibrated to support your frequency blend. Please leave this as is.

8. Should I use the Auto-Mix instead of the 4 individual tracks?

No—use both in rotation. Your 4 individual tracks are personalised and work deeply on each theme. The Auto-Mix is a great complement—like an energetic tune-up.
