A New Chapter: 30 Years of Healing, Faith & Service
A personal update from Michelle:
As I approach 30 years of working in clinical practice, I wanted to share an important next chapter in my life and work, and the journey I feel called to begin in 2027.
In 2027, I will mark 30 years since I began working in a clinical setting, much of that time rooted in Bromyard and Worcester.
After three decades of caring for people within the security of a clinic, I feel strongly called to take my work out into the world.
I intend this to be 12 months of philanthropy, pilgrimage and service, with a particular focus on helping disadvantaged children and young people carrying trauma from their past.
Over the years, many patients have told me that they felt drawn or guided by the Holy Spirit to find me. I believe this work is a gift entrusted to me for the benefit of others, and I remain deeply honoured to have been called to it.
I have often reflected on the life of Jesus, who travelled from place to place healing those who came to him in faith. In my own humble way, I feel called to follow that example- travelling, serving, and offering healing wherever I am able, guided by faith and compassion.
My hope is to work with orphanages supporting vulnerable children, including women and children rescued from trafficking. I want to help as many young people as possible release some of the burden of their past, reconnect with themselves, rediscover hope and build a stronger future.
I will give much of my time freely to those without the means to pay. I will also help people I meet along the way who genuinely need and ask for my care.
This decision has not been easy. I am stepping away from the security of home, a regular income, my family and patients I have cared for over many years. There will undoubtedly be moments of fear and uncertainty, but the pull to do this has become stronger than my desire to remain where life feels safe.
I am choosing to move forward in faith and trust God to guide each step.
This journey has only become possible because of you- my patients. Your trust and support throughout these years have enabled me to take what I have learned within the clinic and share it more widely.
I am deeply grateful to every person who has trusted me with their health, pain and personal story.
I will begin my journey by travelling to Australia to spend time with my sons. I will travel via Singapore, where I plan to stop for three nights, before continuing to Queensland.
From Australia, my planned pilgrimage currently includes (Im open to the journey changing as I am guided and called along the way.)
● Thailand
● Cambodia, including Angkor Wat
● India, including Mysore and the Taj Mahal
● Africa, Zimbabwe
● Jordan, including Petra
● Peru, including the Amazon and Machu Picchu
● Brazil, including Rio de Janeiro and Christ the Redeemer
● El Salvador
● Mexico, including Teotihuacán
● The United States, including Kirksville, Missouri
Kirksville holds particular significance for me. I intend to visit it to honour Andrew Taylor Still, the founder of osteopathy, who announced osteopathy in 1874 and described it as a gift from God to humanity. It will be an important part of marking my own 30 years devoted to this work.
I know that many of you have friends, family or professional connections around the world. If you can offer trusted contacts, introductions to orphanages or humanitarian organisations, local knowledge, accommodation, transport assistance or practical support in any of these countries, I would be extremely grateful to hear from you. This would be especially valuable in places considered higher risk for a woman travelling alone.
I will also offer private Healing Weeks of three, five or seven days to anyone around the world who would like dedicated time with me and has the means to pay. This will help sustain my journey and enable me to continue offering care freely to others.
You can find further information and access my diary here:

There are now only a few months before I leave. If you would like to see me in person before my journey begins, please book as soon as possible so that I can accommodate as many patients as I can.
Although I will be travelling, I will not be disappearing. I will continue offering remote consultations, scans and support, and I will share my journey through social media and podcasts.
I am also considering returning to see patients in Harley Street in April and August. Each visit would require me to interrupt my travels and meet considerable travel and accommodation costs, so I first need to understand whether there is sufficient demand.
If you believe you would want an appointment during one of my London visits, please get in touch and let me know.
Your response will help me decide whether and when each return can be made.
Thank you for enabling me to reach this point. After 30 years within the walls of a clinic, I feel called to carry this work into the world, serving wherever I am welcomed and trusting God to lead the way.
With love and gratitude,
Michelle
