People often ask me, “Aren’t you tired by the end of your clinic day?” There’s always this concern that I may have taken on someone else’s energy and left drained, but the truth is quite the opposite. I am energised, lifted, and sometimes I feel an almost indescribable high. That high is the spirit. When I’m working, I’m not just using my hands—I’m connecting with Christ, with unconditional love, and raising the patient’s frequency. It’s this sacred connection that fuels me.
Take my longest day, for example. I work in Harley Street, getting up at 5:30 am and returning home by 9:30 pm. You’d think I’d be exhausted, but instead, I’m buzzing, absolutely energised. It’s awe-inspiring to witness the miracles of healing in real time, to feel the wonder of God’s creation in my hands. Each patient is a story, a journey, and it’s an honour to be part of their healing process.
There’s something profoundly beautiful about the way people surrender to their own healing, to let go of what no longer serves them. For me, it’s like being part of the Holy Trinity—working with Christ, God, and the Holy Spirit. We call it the Christ oil—this sacred flow of love, spirit, and energy. There’s nothing more uplifting than witnessing and being a part of that connection. It’s about helping bridge the gap, to ignite the flame within someone. To witness their healing is the ultimate blessing, and I leave each day feeling grateful, not depleted.
The energy I experience is beyond the physical; it’s spiritual. It’s a reminder that we’re all connected in something much greater than ourselves. That’s what keeps me going. That’s what keeps me high.Day
