Hi {{contact.first_name}},
Let me help you understand ‘Thought’
You are not here to fight your thoughts.
You are here to acknowledge them.
Thoughts are clouds.
You are the sky.
When you know this, thought loses its power.
HERE’S WHAT MOST PEOPLE TEACH
Bob Proctor
focuses on directing thoughts:
• choose a thought
• generate the feeling
• take the action
• create the result
This approach is powerful when you have space in your mind and calm in your nervous system.
You use thought.
HERE’S WHAT SYDNEY BANKS SAW
He points to something deeper:
• thoughts arrive
• thoughts pass
• you are not the thought
• the feeling comes from the thought you’re believing
You don’t need to change the thought.
You only need to stop identifying with it.
You witness thought.
AND HERE IS WHAT I WITNESS IN THE BODY
When the body is toxic, inflammed, or congested
in the glymphatic system,
the mind produces survival-based thinking.
The brain does not generate empowering thoughts when the system is overloaded.
It generates:
• fear
• doubt
• criticism
• overwhelm
Not because you are negative.
Because your biology is signalling danger.
A toxic body produces toxic thinking.
When I help to clear the glymphatic system
and open the pathways in the neck
the mind quietens.
Not through effort.
Through release.
WHY THE PRAYER WORKS
I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.
This prayer is not about fixing the thought.
It clears the emotional charge attached to the thought.
It creates softness, not resistance.
Instead of:
• analysing the thought,
• fighting the thought,
• replacing the thought,
you are simply acknowledging it and letting it dissolve.
This is the bridge between Bob and Sydney:
Bob empowers you to choose thought.
Sydney frees you from thought.
The prayer allows the thought to leave with love.
HOW TO NAVIGATE YOUR THOUGHTS LIKE A HEALER
A thought appears.
Step 1. Notice it
“This is a cloud.”
Step 2. Don’t attach to it
“I am the sky.”
Step 3. If there is emotional intensity, soften it
“I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.”
Step 4. Support your body
Open drainage, breathe, allow the glymph to move.
When the body releases,
the mind releases.
THE TRUTH I LIVE BY
You don’t heal by controlling your thoughts.
You heal by freeing them.
Your system knows how to return to peace
when you stop trying to manage the weather
and instead remember…
You are the sky.
