Hi {{contact.first_name}},

Most people believe happiness comes from improving their life.

A better relationship.

More money.

Less stress.

But I see something very different.

People who have all of that…

and still feel flat, disconnected, or overwhelmed.

So what’s really going on?

Happiness Is Not Created By Your Life… It’s Produced By Your Brain

Your experience of life is generated internally.

Not just your thoughts - your state.

For you to feel:

• motivated

• calm

• connected

• fulfilled

Your brain needs to be functioning well.

It needs to:

• drain

• regulate

• communicate

• and feel safe

When it does… life feels good

When it doesn’t… nothing quite lands

The 3 Signals Your Brain Uses To Create Happiness

What people call “happiness” is actually a combination of three core signals:

1. Dopamine - “I’m moving forward”

This is your drive and motivation.

You feel it when you:

• complete something

• make progress

• move forward

Even a small task can shift your state.

That’s why ticking something off your list feels good.

2. Serotonin - “I trust myself”

This is your sense of stability and self-respect.

You feel it when you:

• keep your word to yourself

• act in alignment

• acknowledge what you’ve done

This builds internal confidence.

Not from thinking differently

But from being congruent

3. Oxytocin - “I feel safe and connected."

This is the one most people are missing.

It’s not just about relationships.

It’s the feeling of:

• safety in your body

• openness to others

• connection to yourself

Without this…

You can be successful, productive, even surrounded by people…

and still feel alone

Why This Isn’t Working For So Many People

People are trying to “do the right things”:

• staying positive

• pushing themselves

• connecting more

• getting things done

But still saying:

“Why don’t I feel better?”

Because the issue isn’t effort.

It’s whether the brain can actually generate and regulate these signals

What I See Underneath This

Very often there is:

• Poor drainage of the brain (glymphatic system)

• Effects of past head injuries or concussions

• Nervous system stuck in protection or overwhelm

• Physical restriction affecting how the brain communicates

When this is present…

• dopamine doesn’t rise properly

• serotonin doesn’t stabilise

• oxytocin doesn’t flow

So the person can’t access the very feelings they’re trying to create

Simple Ways To Support Your Brain Today

Start gently:

• Complete one small task you’ve been avoiding

• Keep one promise to yourself today

• Slow your breathing (longer out than in)

• Sit with someone without distraction - even briefly

• Place a hand on your chest and soften your body

• Clear a small space around you

These help move your system towards:

progress, stability, and safety

If You’re Doing All Of This… And Still Not Feeling Right

That’s where I come in.

I work directly with the brain and nervous system to restore function.

This includes:

• improving glymphatic flow

• reducing restriction in the head and body

• helping the nervous system shift out of survival

• restoring communication within the brain

When this changes…

People don’t need tricks

They say:

“I feel lighter”

“My mind is clear again”

“I feel like myself”

Final Thought

Happiness isn’t something you chase.

It’s something your brain produces -

when it feels safe, clear, and able to function properly.
