You don’t need more motivation.

You need the right nervous system…

in the room with you.

There’s a powerful finding in performance research:

Sit within around 25 feet of a high performer…

and your performance can increase by up to 15%.

Sit near low performers or negative thinkers…

and it can drop by as much as 30%.

No strategy.

No effort.

Just proximity.

Because your brain and body are constantly adapting

to the people around you.

I see this every day.

Someone walks in overwhelmed, stuck, unclear.

And before we’ve even spoken much…

Something begins to shift.

Their breathing slows.

Their body softens.

Their mind becomes quieter.

This is co-regulation.

Your nervous system is always responding

to the strongest signal in the room.

When that signal is calm, clear, and regulated…

Your system begins to match it.

This is where my work begins.

Not with advice.

But with creating a state your body can recognise…

and move towards.

From there, change happens faster.

And then something even more powerful unfolds.

When families come together.

Because once one person shifts…

It doesn’t stay contained.

It spreads.

The tone of conversations changes.

Reactions soften.

Old patterns begin to loosen.

And now they’re not just co-regulating with me…

They’re co-regulating with each other.

This is why it’s incredible when entire families attend treatment.

So the progress holds.

So the shift continues beyond the session.

One young man had been indoors for 7 months.

Withdrawn. Disconnected.
