Before I help someone heal, I ask one question:

Are you willing to give up the things that made you unwell?

Because this is where everything either changes…

or stays exactly the same.

People say they want to heal.

They want more energy.

Clarity. Peace. Freedom from pain.

But when it comes to letting go -

that’s where they hesitate.

They hold on to:

– the habits that drain them

– the beliefs that keep them small

– the relationships that reinforce the same patterns

– the identity they’ve built around their struggle

And then wonder why nothing shifts.

Let me show you what this really looks like.

Imagine a bird that’s been kept in a cage for years.

One day, the door is opened.

Freedom is right there.

But the bird doesn’t move.

Not because it can -

but because it no longer believes it can.

The cage has disappeared…

but the conditioning remains.

So it stays.

Safe. Familiar. Limited.

And that’s what I see every day.

People living inside invisible cages.

Not locked by reality -

but by patterns, memories, and identities they’ve outgrown.

So what actually creates change?

Not more effort.

Not more information.

Awareness + release.

Here’s where to start:

1. Identify your “cage”

What keeps repeating in your life?

Is it exhaustion?

Anxiety?

Conflict?

Procrastination?

Patterns reveal what you’re still holding onto.

2. Spot what it gives you

Every pattern has a payoff.

Safety. Control. Familiarity.

Even suffering can feel predictable, and therefore “safe”.

3. Decide what it’s costing you

Your energy. Your health. Your relationships. Your potential.

This is the moment honesty changes everything.

4. Interrupt it daily

Small shifts create big change.

– Say no where you usually say yes

– Rest where you usually push

– Speak where you usually stay silent

– Create space instead of filling it

5. Clear physical and emotional clutter

Your environment mirrors your internal state.

Clear one drawer. One surface. One decision.

Energy moves where space is created.

Healing isn’t about adding more.

It’s not another supplement.

Not another technique.

Not another thing to “try”.

Healing is subtraction.

It’s what you release.

The old story.

The emotional weight.

The coping mechanisms that once protected you

but now hold you back.

Because at some point, you have to decide:

Do you stay in the cage…

or do you step out?

Not halfway.

Not when it feels easy.

Fully.

Because healing requires a shift in who you are being -

not just what you are doing.

This is the work I do.

I go to the root -

where the pattern began,

where the nervous system adapted,

where the body learned to survive instead of thrive.

And from there, everything can change.

But only if you’re willing to let go.

So I’ll ask you again:

The door is open.

Are you ready to walk through it?
